Road Rage Education (8 hrs.)
Tennessee ranks #5 in the nation in road rage incidents & #3 in the nation in road rage shootings. Our course is designed to educate people on the dangers of road rage, and the consequences of operating a vehicle in a state of heightened emotions. We teach using a combination of cognitive restructuring & calming techniques when you feel the urge to "rage" while behind the wheel.
According to AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety’s 2019 data, nearly 80 percent of drivers expressed significant anger, aggression or road rage behind the wheel at least once in the previous 30 days.
Relationship Education (8 hrs.)
Relationships can often seem difficult. But often it is our expectations we place on our partners that causes problems. Our relationship education class will assist you in identifying your values and beliefs and examining them to see if they are the issue. We will also learn about the various forms of interpersonal violence. i.e. physical, emotional, financial, isolation...
